is a research consultancy which specialises in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, research and evidence-based policy advocacy related to children, adolescents, and youth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px; line-height: 35px;\"><strong>YL\u2019s headquarter is located in New Delhi (India) with a pan-India presence and has on-going projects in various States and Union Territories including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.YL has expanded its
